Guess what guys?! Noah is officially the size of a carrot! I will be honest, I totally think it is weird that we compare babies to fruits and vegetables because if you ever go to the grocery store all the fruits and vegetables are different sizes, but at the same time I get so excited when he grows and I am so happy when I can compare him to a carrot instead of a blueberry lol. So Noah is three-quarters of a pound (still so tiny I can't handle it) and is 10 1/2 inches long! I have a ten and a half inch baby inside of me now! Isn't that just crazy?!

I am totally feeling him kick now! I feel like it took longer for me to feel him actually kick. After the anatomy scan you have a follow up appointment with your OB at your next appointment and they let you know everything that was on it. Everything came back totally normal for Noah and he is growing and thriving in the womb! My placenta is an anterior placenta, which is just a fancy-shmancy word for its in the front closest to my belly instead of the back. It is basically like my stomach, placenta, and then baby so it kind of is like a pillow in front of baby instead of behind baby! Not anything to worry about, but it does make the baby kicks harder to feel and you don't really feel them until farther along in your pregnancy. I have felt small flutters since around 18 weeks but now I am feeling actual little kicks! They aren't too crazy or anything because he still has quite a bit of room to move around in there, but i can definitely feel him now, and it is totally the best feeling in the entire world!
